For the seventh year in a row, Adriatic LNG ran the Milan Marathon, an event that combines the pleasure of running with solidarity, now in its 18th edition.

Twelve employees from Adriatic LNG, divided in three teams, joined the competition along a 42-kilometer route, testing themselves from an athletic point of view and pursuing a social goal at the same time.

In this edition of the marathon, Adriatic LNG ran for LILT, (Italian Association against cancer). Every year in Italy children and young adults fight against cancer: the contribution of Adriatic LNG will support two different projects, the houses dedicated to the permanence of young people who have to undergo treatments in Milan and an accompanying service to the therapies.

In recent years, through the Milan Marathon, Adriatic LNG has taken part in various initiatives including a project to ensure access to drinking water in two villages in Congo and a project to ensure adequate hygienic services for schools in Mozambique.
