Quota holders

Terminale GNL Adriatico (Adriatic LNG) is an Italian joint venture company founded in 2005 for the purpose of developing and operating an LNG receiving terminal.
Currently it is owned by ExxonMobil Italiana Gas (70.7%) – an ExxonMobil subsidiary, Qatar Terminal Company Limited (22%) - a Qatar Petroleum subsidiary, and Edison (7.3%).

ExxonMobil
ExxonMobil is the world’s largest publicly traded petroleum and natural gas company and an industry leader in almost every aspect of the energy and petrochemical business. With new projects starting up in 2009 and 2010, ExxonMobil Joint Ventures in Qatar are bringing more new LNG capacity to market than any other international oil company. ExxonMobil Italiana Gas, established in 2003, is the shareholder of the Adriatic LNG Terminal.

Qatar Petroleum (QP)
Qatar Petroleum, a state-owned corporation, is responsible for all phases of the oil and gas industry in Qatar. The principal activities cover exploration, development, drilling, production, storage, transport and sale of crude oil, natural gas liquids, liquefied natural gas, gas-to-liquid products, refined products, petrochemicals, in addition to support services. Qatar Terminal Limited (QTL) is a 100% affiliate of QP and holds all the shares owned by QP in regasification terminals around the world.

Edison
