Tariff for the Spot Regasification Service - Transitional Period

The maximum tariffs, calculated on the basis of the criteria established by the Resolutions ARG/gas 92/08 and 237/2012/R/Gas, have been approved by the Authority for Electricity and Gas with Resolution 312/2012/R/Gas.

Terminale GNL Adriatico publishes the discounted tariffs applicable for the spot regasification service for the period October 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013 (“Transitional Period”).

*(a) The above mentioned Cqs, CNA, CVL and CVL^u have been calculated by Terminale GNL Adriatico applying a load factor equal to 95% (ninety five percent) ("Applied Load Factor") to the Tariff for Spot Regasification Service defined in accordance to the criteria defined under Resolutions AEEG ARG/Gas 92/08 dated July 7, 2008 and 237/2012/R/Gas dated June 7, 2012.  For Spot Capacity which will be published on the Electronic Communication System (www.adriaticlng.com) during Transitional Period this implies a reduction with respect to the maximum Tariff for Spot Regasification Service applicable under the AEEG 312/2012/R/Gas dated July 26, 2012 which utilized a load factor equal to 70% (seventy percent).  In the event that the actual LF defined by Resolution AEEG ARG/gas 108/08, ARG/gas 102/09, ARG/gas 108/10 ARG/gas 107/11 and confirmed for the definition of the maximum tariff as per Resolution 312/2012/R/Gas dated July 26, 2012 shall be modified by the AEEG during the Transitional Period, the above mentioned Cqs, CNA, CVL and CVL^u will be revised pursuant to the following criteria:

(i) reduced load factor to below 70%: NO CHANGE

(ii) increased load factor from 70% up to the "Applied Load Factor": NO CHANGE

(iii) increase load factor to above the "Applied Load Factor": THE REVISED LOAD FACTOR WILL BE USED

(b)  From the start of the Fourth Regulatory Period, the Cqs, the CNA, the CVL and CVL^u as defined by the AEEG will be applied.

(c)  Terms used in this publication have the meaning set out in Article 1.1 of Chapter 1 of the Regasification Code approved by the Authority for Electricity and Gas through Resolution ARG/gas 57/11.

(d) Without prejudice to the Regasification Service contracts already signed, subject to the maximum tariff established by AEEG and to non-discriminatory and transparency obligations under the applicable law, such tariff may be modified by Terminale GNL Adriatico with reasonable notice during the Transitional Period.

Transitional tariff for the measurement service - Transitional period

Terminale GNL Adriatico publishes the tariff for the gas transfer measurement service in force from October 1, 2012 to December 31, 2013 (“Transitional Period”)..

The tariff is based on the transient charge CM^G (euro/cm liquid LNG/year), introduced by Resolution ARG/gas 108/10, updated according to Resolutions ARG/gas 92/08 and 237/2012/R/Gas and approved by the Resolution 312/2012/R/Gas for the remuneration of the measurement service of the gas provided by regasification companies;
