Children learn road safety with Vado Sicuro

The awarding ceremonies of May 23-24 closed the 16th edition of Vado Sicuro, an initiative created to promote road safety education among children, supported by the Province of Rovigo and Adriatic LNG, with the collaboration of many local institutions and associations.

Celebrations were the climax of a path started in February, which saw the participation of 49 schools, for a total of about 2,800 children, engaged in dealing with road safety issues through many and different activities.

The project included several lessons hosted by schools who took part in the project. This year, this valuable educational opportunity involved Middle school “Marino Marin” of Adria, Primary school “Sant’Antonio” and Middle schools “Parenzo” and “Bonifacio” of Rovigo.

Adriatic LNG has been supporting Vado Sicuro for 11 years, driven by the principle that incidents can always be prevented thanks to proper education as well as the adoption of a responsible behavior and appropriate precautions.

This edition too, the initiative received the praise of institutions, which recognized once again its social value: a special award was indeed delivered to the main partners of the project - the Province of Rovigo and Adriatic LNG - represented respectively by president Ivan Dall’Ara and Alfredo Balena, External Relations of the company.
