Terminale GNL Adriatico Srl, aka Adriatic LNG, is an Italian company created in 2005 and controlled by ExxonMobil Italiana Gas (70.7%) - an ExxonMobil subsidiary, Qatar Terminal Company Limited (22%) - a Qatar Petroleum subsidiary, and Snam Spa (7.3%).

ExxonMobil holds an industry-leading inventory of resources and is one of the world’s largest integrated refiners, marketers of petroleum products and chemical manufacturers.

ExxonMobil Italiana Gas, founded in 2003, is the shareholding company of Adriatic LNG.
