Terminale GNL Adriatico Srl, aka Adriatic LNG, is an Italian company created in 2005 and controlled by ExxonMobil Italiana Gas (70.7%) - an ExxonMobil subsidiary, Qatar Terminal Company Limited (22%) - a Qatar Petroleum subsidiary, and Snam Spa (7.3%).

Qatar Terminal Limited (QTL) is a subsidiary of QP, and holds stakes in regasification terminals around the world.


Snam, a European leader in the construction and integrated management of natural gas infrastructure, operates and develops Europe’s largest, most accessible pipeline network (more than 40,000 km) the largest storage infrastructure (19 bcm capacity) and one of the first LNG terminals built in Europe.
