The pipeline connecting the terminal to the national distribution network includes:

• a 30-inch pipeline 40 kilometers long, which transports the gas from the terminal to the coast for 15 kilometers, and then continues over land for another 25 kilometers to reach the Cavarzere measuring station;
• another pipeline, owned by Infrastrutture Trasporto Gas, transporting the gas for 84 kilometers up to the hub of the national distribution network near Minerbio (Bologna).
